About Andrew

PEACE IS NOT SOFT.PEACE IS THE SOURCE.

Andrew Adams is an Executive Advisor to founders, CEOs, and high-performing organizations, speaker, writer, and founder of The Peace Frequency™.

His work sits at the intersection of leadership, human behavior, identity, and the internal capacity required to build what comes next.

ANDREW WORKS WITH THE PERSON BEHIND THE POSITION.

Companies are built by humans.

The decisions they make, the pressure they carry, the conversations they avoid, the standards they tolerate, and the identities they operate from eventually become visible in the organizations they lead.

Andrew works with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams on the human systems behind company performance.

The work is direct, personal, and built around what is actually happening.

Not a predetermined curriculum.

Not a performance of leadership.

Not theory disconnected from real life.

"THE PERSON BUILDING THE COMPANY IS PART OF THE COMPANY'S OPERATING SYSTEM."
Andrew Adams
The Story Behind the Work

BASED ON LOGIC,I SHOULD BE DEAD.

Before Andrew advised founders, CEOs, and leadership teams, he spent twelve years addicted to opioids and heroin.

He survived homelessness, abuse, sexual trauma, incarceration, relapse, and a life that repeatedly brought him to the edge.

On February 1, 2018, a highway crash became the final interruption.

He rebuilt his life from the inside out.

What followed was not a clean transformation story.

It was years of studying human behavior while living it.

Recovery.Yoga.Thousands of hours teaching people.Leadership.Business.Failure.Reinvention.Responsibility.

Learning what allows a human being to change and what keeps people repeating the same patterns even when they desperately want something different.

The work Andrew does today was built there.

Not from theory alone.

From lived experience, studied discipline, and applied work.

SURVIVING CHANGED HIS LIFE.UNDERSTANDING WHY HUMANS CHANGE BECAME HIS WORK.

Andrew became interested in a question that would shape the next chapter of his life:

Why do people continue repeating behaviors they know are costing them the life they want?

That question expanded.

How does identity shape behavior?

Why do intelligent people avoid conversations they know they need to have?

Why do successful leaders recreate the same patterns at increasingly larger scales?

Why can a company outgrow the internal capacity of the person who built it?

Andrew spent years studying these questions through lived experience, teaching, coaching, leadership, business, and direct work with people.

Eventually, those observations became a body of work.

The Peace Frequency™.

What He Believes

THE WORK IS BUILT ON A FEW SIMPLE IDEAS.

01

THE INTERNAL STATE OF A LEADER BECOMES THE OPERATING STATE OF THE COMPANY.

Pressure, unexamined patterns, and unresolved questions of identity do not stay inside the leader. They become visible in decisions, communication, team dynamics, standards, and culture.

02

IDENTITY PRECEDES BEHAVIOR.

People do not consistently act according to what they want. They act according to who they believe they are. Sustainable change requires working at the level beneath behavior.

03

ACCOUNTABILITY IS AN ACT OF RESPECT.

Holding people to a standard is not harsh. It is a declaration that you believe they are capable of meeting it. Avoiding accountability is not kindness.

04

PEACE IS A PERFORMANCE STATE.

The most effective leaders are not the most reactive. Groundedness, clarity, presence, self-awareness, and the ability to respond rather than react are competitive advantages.

The Peace Frequency™

A FRAMEWORK FOR LEADERSHIP FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

The Peace Frequency™ is Andrew's methodology for connecting internal state, leadership identity, human behavior, and sustainable performance.

It is not a wellness concept.

It is not about removing ambition, lowering standards, or avoiding pressure.

It is a framework for developing leaders who can hold greater responsibility, lead other humans more effectively, and build organizations without becoming the bottleneck to their own expansion.

The work begins with the leader.

It can expand into the team.

The goal is an organization capable of sustaining its own standards without depending entirely on the founder's personal capacity to hold everything together.

01

Internal State

How a leader thinks, feels, interprets pressure, and responds to the world shapes every decision and interaction.

02

Leadership Identity

Who a leader believes they are determines what they tolerate, avoid, pursue, and repeatedly create.

03

Human Behavior

Understanding the patterns operating within yourself and others is foundational to effective leadership, communication, and team dynamics.

04

Sustainable Performance

The goal is not one peak moment. It is developing leaders, teams, and organizations capable of holding higher standards over time.

Background

LIVED EXPERIENCE.STUDIED DISCIPLINE.APPLIED WORK.

Lived Experience

Andrew's perspective was built through addiction, recovery, survival, reinvention, leadership, entrepreneurship, and years of rebuilding his own life.

He does not teach human change from a distance.

Studied Discipline

His work has been informed by years of studying human behavior, identity, leadership, responsibility, communication, self-awareness, and the conditions that allow people to change.

Andrew completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2019 and has spent more than 2,000 hours teaching people through movement, awareness, discipline, and direct human interaction.

Applied Work

Andrew works directly with founders, CEOs, executives, and leadership teams navigating growth, pressure, transition, organizational complexity, and the human challenges that accompany greater responsibility.

His work exists where philosophy meets application.

Where insight becomes behavior.

And where leadership becomes visible in how a person actually lives, decides, communicates, and leads.

The Human Behind the Work

HE IS STILL DOING THE WORK TOO.

Andrew does not believe leadership is a destination.

He does not believe peace means becoming unaffected by life.

And he does not believe the people advising others should pretend they have transcended being human.

He is a husband.A writer.A speaker.A teacher.A business owner.A person continuing to examine his own patterns, keep his word, repair what needs repairing, and practice what he asks of others.

The work is serious.

Andrew is not always serious.

Both things are true.

Human Observations

ANDREW WRITES ABOUT THE STRANGE EXPERIENCE OF BEING HUMAN.

Leadership is part of Andrew's work.

Human beings are the larger subject.

Through essays, observations, and long-form writing, Andrew explores identity, belonging, ambition, peace, self-judgment, relationships, behavior, and the patterns humans repeat while trying to build lives that feel like their own.

THE WORK BEGINS WITH A CONVERSATION.

Andrew personally reviews every inquiry.

If you are building something real and know the next evolution of your company may require an evolution in your leadership, start the conversation.
